Alicia Dahling is an accountant and the founder of Dahling Consulting, advising finance leaders on revenue recognition and finance transformation. She brings more than two decades of corporate finance leadership across HP, HPE, DXC Technology, and Perspecta.

Alicia Dahling brings more than two decades of corporate finance leadership across HP, HPE, DXC Technology, and Perspecta, spanning commercial clients and U.S. federal programs across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies, in some of the most demanding audit environments there are. Her work connects technical accounting, finance operations, controls, systems, and execution so transformation remains practical after the project team leaves. She speaks on ASC 606, control debt, and automation that keeps accountability intact.
